Did Andrew Tate just IPO his company via crypto??

Andrew Tate just released a video on twitter explaining that he's releasing a new coin called $TRW that you can purchase or gain from staking $DADDY I believe.

The utility is that you get a % of TRW profits (which according to Tate, are $20M monthly). So if you own 10% of $TRW supply, you get $2M a month.

Isn't this theoretically extremely easy to evaluate, and did Andrew Tate essentially just IPO his university via crypto? Someone explain
