How hard is it to get an industry job at a crypto company?
How hard is it really to get a job at a crypto company? Big or small? What kind of experience do companies really care about? Are they looking for younger or older talent? What are hiring/interview processes like? I would think that securing a job wouldn’t be too difficult with a little bit of experience due to how bullish the market has been over the past year and with many larger companies and governments going all-in on crypto.
