Analyst vs Bank

I was wondering in terms of future exit opportunities and prestige what matters more in equity research, working for a top ranked analyst or working at a top bank.

Obviously both would be ideal. But for instance would it be better to work under a top analyst at a firm like RBC or under an average one at Goldman Sachs?

Also where can i find Analyst rankings?
