Canadian Big 5 Equity Research to CPPIB?

I am currently an Equity Research Associate at a Big 5 Bank in a very prestigious group. I came straight out of my undergrad into the position and I should hopefully have my CFA completed in 2 years. I was wondering if a jump to CPPIB - either in Thematic Investing or Global Corporate Securities - would be possible after 2 years of work experience? Would I be able to join as an Associate?
