Equity research associate (insurance focused) VS valuations advisory senior associate (multi-sectors focused)

As the title indicates, there is a dilemma between ER at RBC vs Valuations at Duff and Phelps. The ER is associate and insurance focused while valuations advisory is senior associate and multi-sectors focused. Pay and working hours are similar and both roles are London based. It would be appreciated for any advice or thoughts on future prospects and exit opportunities. Thanks.
