Interested in ER_beginner in Toronto, please guide

Hi,

I am a postgraduate with majors in International Banking and Finance from London, U.K. and had been working in Fund accountancy in India. I have no experience in ER, however am really passionate about capital markets and have worked on various projects involving the same. I am used to working on Bloomberg and Factset and have a fair knowledge about the process.

I am really interested in working in ER and am moving to Toronto, Canada in July. I am also appearing for CFA level 1 in June.

I would be glad be you could share your experience/tips and techniques of how to enter the ER sector in Toronto.

Many thanks
