Lateral - Still do model tests?
If you are lateraling to a different form/sector after a few YOE, are you still expected to complete those modeling assessments or do they accept that you likely know what you’re doing?

Depends on the firm, I've had some where they just ask for examples of notes you've done that you can speak to, some have you do entire earnings notes in under a certain amount of time on a co you've never seen before, varies from analyst to analyst.
