London Equity Research 1st year Salary
Banks are giving bumps multiple times during last 1 year I thought it would be good to have a thread to keep up with the market rate.I will start: Healthcare & biotech sector MM 1 year ER associate: base 65k GBP + 50% bonus - I feel like I am getting underpaid. What is the average pay for BB and botiques in London?

Rising 3rd year assoc at swiss BB, base 60k bonus 25% of that. I wished I was joking. Covering energy.
