Manning & Napier- company info

Wanted to see what the general buyside ER experience is for post-undergrad FT and intern roles at M&N. How is culture, fund performance, pay, investment philosophy, training and exit opps. I know it's in Rochester which may be a big turn off but willing to explore. How do their sector coverages stack up against some of the bigger guys, Fidelity, Wellington, T Rowe.

I am interested in Buyside ER roles out of undergrad.
