MS vs Evercore ISI for SA2023

I know evercore is slightly better for research from the II rankings/# of II ranked analysts at each, but is there a substantial difference in quality for buyside looks after a stint at either? Morgan Stanley seems like a bigger outside name but I'm not sure what it's look when asset managers compare the two.

And important to mention this is for junior internship -- are return offer rates vastly different?
