Newsletter for a brokerage firm.
I'm currently applying for this job as a writer for a small brokerage firm. My job wouldn't be to give investment advice, but to merely synthesize weekly or monthly events that may have significantly affected the markets. I really want to land this job because I love to write, and I'm always reading finance related material. However, I am a bit on the young side. How can I convince the firm that I am reliable, articulate, and dedicated when I'm not even in grad school? Should I offer to work for less pay or would that make me look desperate/ cheap or offend the company?
Do you have a resume you could post? There's probably a bunch of options and the more info you present, the better and more accurate a story can be crafted. Set it up on razume and post here [make sure to redact personal info]
