Offer Advice
I have received internship offers from two companies and I would like input on which is better in the long run. I am hoping to eventually do buy-side equity research. The first is a Corporate Finance internship at a very large Asset Manager (think Blackrock, Fidelity, State Street,Vanguard, etc.). The other is a research internship at a boutique research firm very highly regarded in its niche. I am wondering whether I should prioritize the position itself or the firm name in my decision making.
Position over firm name: pick research internship at a highly regarded boutique.
