Research vs Equity Sales offers

Hi guys,

I've been thinking about this decision for quite a while and would love to hear some feedback. I'm fortunate enough to have received offers from both divisions in GS, but here's the dilemma.

I am leaning towards research due to the exit ops but as many may know, GS has a program that requires entry level hires to go to Singapore at a discounted pay for 18-24 months. The upside is that I will be covering China TMT that has an amazing boss.

The sales opportunity pays the market rate and is on shore, while having signficantly better hours. However, I feel that I might be stuck in sales if I go this route.

My skillset is quite balanced and I don't see myself being exceptionally better in one role or the other. Would appreciate the feedback.
