Has anyone worked for RW Baird ER in Milwaukee or San Francisco offices and would be willing to share information about the culture and recruiting?

Interviewed w/ them back in college. The process is extensive and thorough, with multiple rounds of interviews at every level. There's also was a online math quiz (similar to the GMAT) and writing example test. I wasn't hot on research and the seemingly over-the-op recruiting process put me off on Baird, but everyone I talked there was really nice and were very response about next steps and were I stood in the process.
