Setting Up Travel

So I received an invitation for a ER SA interview at a BB this coming week. The email requested that I RSVP by Noon on Friday, however I didn't get the email until this morning- so about ten hours after it got sent- because I'm currently studying in Europe and my internet situation is iffy and time difference. However, they didn't send me the email until after the deadline.
They then proceeded to tell me only to book travel through their agent...who only has hours during the week.
Should I just wait until Monday to get that all sorted out? I'm a bit apprehensive about waiting to book a trans-atlantic flight on a Monday and leaving on a Wednesday. Prices will be through the roof and I know they'll only cover some costs.

I only have the recruiters emails and the travel agent's #. But like I said, no hours on the weekend.

Any ideas or suggestions?
