Worth Switching to Higher Ranked Bank Under Higher Ranked Analyst after 1 year?

I have been at one of the large Canadian banks for almost 1 year but have recently been given an offer from a top 3 BB under an analyst that is #2 ranked (current is not) for a similar coverage sector. Is it worthwhile to switch or does bank brand name/analyst not matter that much. Would it help with AM/HF exit opps significantly enough? Or would it look bad to be switching banks around after just 1 year?
