You sure they are legit? I got burned once by someone selling fake designer clothing. Luckily if you pay through PayPal, you are covered.
Still, was a hassle I don't need again.
I got a brand new pair on eBay, too (~$150). It's highly unlikely you'll find counterfeit Allen Edmonds' because unlike designer clothes, there is no substantial mark-up due to the brand. The real value is the quality of the shoe and few, if any, counterfeiters are going to waste their time building AEs instead of just ripping off some designer pattern.

Sale is over at L&T but I just bought a few pairs on AE website. They are running a Annual Sale.
I still don't get people's obsession with AE Park Ave's. I feel like you can find better for the same price (Italian made shoes). Not putting AE down at all, as it is a premium quality shoe but don't understand why its the stereotypical banking shoe. They are pretty clunky IMO. Bought a pair of Park Aves, wore them to an interview and hated them, Needless to say, I did the offer but did not like the way they felt or looked.

Site has gone downhill. Some of the belts and shoes aren't up to the same level of quality IMO. Plus, they charge for returns now.
