What should I wear when going to bed? Should I change my attire with regards to the season? Are socks frowned upon?

I find that my 3000 thread count sheets do a great job of polishing my Ferragamos while I'm sleeping. Saves me an extra ten minutes each week.
I wear my suit in my sleeping bag under my office desk.
