My gucci shoes were stored incorrectly when I was moving. One of them has some serious disfiguring from being stuck between some boxes for an extended period of time. The supple outer leather is now bent out of shape, but has no creases. They still look good when a foot is inside them.
Is there a way for me to reshape this bad boy back to the way it was? Just leave it on a shoe tree for a while? Anything else I can do?
Can a cobbler do anything?

After a while they may be in a good shape again!
Best of luck. Cobbler can likely do very little without rebuilding the shoe- at which point you might as well buy a new pair.
Already put em back in trees, but I was hoping there was a way to speed the reshaping process. Whether it be temperature, moisture, or some other treatment
What type of leather is it? If it's patent leather, not much you can do. If it's soft leather, try putting in shoe trees and some leather moisturizer. You can get those from a cobbler. Try Lexol or Saphir for the moisturizer.

I make sure these go back into my Sid Mashburns or Aldens as soon as the shoes come off my feet.
shoe tree, I have had this problem with my Gucci's, also bring them to a cobbler, mine was able to salvage them.
