For a superday, the goal is to look polished, professional, and conservative. Based on the most helpful WSO content:

  • Blazer and Shirt: A blazer with a white collared shirt is absolutely appropriate. It's a classic and professional choice. You can also consider a shell or blouse under the blazer if you want a slightly softer look.

  • Bottoms: Pair the blazer with tailored dress pants or a pencil skirt that is knee-length or slightly below. Ensure the fit is comfortable and not too tight.

  • Shoes: Loafers might be a bit too casual for a superday. Opt for closed-toe heels (2-3 inches) or flats in neutral colors like black or nude. Tory Burch flats or similar conservative styles are often recommended.

  • Accessories: Keep accessories minimal and tasteful. A simple watch and small stud earrings are safe choices.

  • Colors: Stick to neutral tones like black, navy, gray, or beige. Avoid flashy patterns or bright colors.

The key is to err on the side of caution and dress conservatively. First impressions matter, and a professional outfit will help you feel confident and prepared. Good luck!

i always went with basically what the guys were wearing minus the tie. so navy/gray trousers, blazer, white collar shirt. i don't think people really look at your feet lol but wear decent shoes (i think loafers should be fine if they look like the professional kind, i steer away from ballet flats etc.) i thought a pendant added a little bit of femininity to the look

don't carry an informal tote or a backpack (seen guys do this) carry either a leather tote or a regular longchamp style bag that looks somewhat professional

good luck for the superday im sure you will smash it :)

Wore an off white colored blouse underneath a dark navy blazer, dress pants, black loafers, no jewelry to mine and it went fine. No need for heels if you're uncomfortable in them.
