I’m starting next week at a BB in a product group in NYC. Nobody was wearing a suit in my virtual interviews, so I am assuming that the dress code is business casual. Should I wear a suit in my first day (in the office)?

Based on what I have read on other posts, the answer is suit and tie and then take off the tie if they tell you to.
Ffs just wear a white dress shirt tucked in and some polished formal shoes.
If you’re anxious, pack a tie in your bag in case everyone is formally dressed when you reach there.
