I want to know what are some good places to get some good looking brown business shoes in London. I've previously bought my formal shoes from either Hawes & Curtis or Charles Tyrwhitt and although I really like their products, I was wondering whether there are some other brands out there that are good looking and high quality that I could consider?

First of all, I love Hawes & Curtis but not for their shoes (i would highlight their shirts though any textile garment is great quality for the price you pay).
That said. If you want great shoes try DUGGERS OF LONDON, incredibly cheap for what they offer in terms of quality and comfort (average price 180pounds). In case you wanna invest a little bit of money in a good pair of shoes that will last long flawless, you can go for JOSEPH CHEANEY (average price around 450).

Hawes and Curtis shirts are the best, they look great and and have excellent endurance. Probably 80% of my shirts are from there. Got a suit as well, looks very nice. Charles Tyrwhitt is also on par with them. TM Lewin on the other hand I will never buy from again. Everyone I've spoken to agrees that their suits wear out too quickly.
Duggers looks like they have some quite nice looking shoes and the prices (mostly 120 pounds or so) are very reasonable. However for work shoes I'd prefer to not have brogue brown shoes which I think look too informal. I did see some black shoes on their site that look quite nice.
Joseph Cheany is unfortunately above my desired price range.
Are you opposed to importing from elsewhere? I've bought my shoes from Jack Erwin, Allen Edmonds, and Meermin. All three are fine (I like my AE and Meermin dress shoes the best). The construction and detail for the latter is outstanding for the price point, and you can generally find a very nice pair for 200-250 if I recall.
I've also heard sterling reviews regarding Loake's, though I can't personally vouch for them :)
I have a pair of Meermin, I can confirm they are a great pair given its price.
I´m opposed to importing shoes because of the following. Those brands you mention, correct me if I am wrong, do not have shops in London and I would not recommend to buy a pair of shoes online since trying them on first is absolutely necessary. If they are not comfortable on your feet (which does not depend entirely on the shoe but more on the shape of your feet), you risk having to return them, wasting time and, depending on the brand, money.
Loake's do indeed have some nice shoes, I think I'll pop by their store some day.
