Consulting. I've literally never had to wear a suit and tie (or even a suit or tie for that matter) once, except for the holiday party (and even then, probably didn't really need one)

Back when traveling, I'd usually wear a dress shirt and slacks or even jeans (mostly jeans tbh). Remote it's almost anything goes, but I usually try to at least wear a polo on call with clients

I have not had any financial services clients to the extent that's relevant (their attire is traditionally a bit more conservative)

 

Consulting here as well. And every day attire for myself as a junior is generally suit pants, dress shirt, and oxfords (no belt, tie, or jacket). But it seems as though, possibly due to COVID, more senior members are coming in more casual clothing such as jeans paired with less conservative colored checkered button downs, so who knows if this style will permeate through the junior ranks over time.
