Yes as someone who is actively involved with recruiting, wear a suit. You'll likely talk to analysts - MDs who may be in anything from a button-down to a tshirt, doesn't matter.

yes I did in my last three interviews recently. on the first one the recruiter explicitly said wear a suit, obviously whoever else was interviewing with that firm through him didn't wear one and the firm must've given negative feedback.
