Suits with only waist adjusters

So I was thinking about getting a suit and was wondering what people think about waist adjuster suits. I fluctuate weight pretty frequently so it would probably be better for me to have something that would adjust the suit itself to allow it to be tighter/looser.

This suit however would not have any belt loops which is obviously the norm. Would it look weird to be beltless

I actually had all of my pants converted to have side adjusters vs a belt. It is actually generally considered more formal to have the side adjusters than a belt because it is more of a tailored/custom feel (e.g you have the pants tailored and didn't just buy them off the rack and slap on a belt).
