What do I wear to a "Business Casual" superday?
I have an in person superday coming up and dress code is "business casual". Was planning on wearing the the typical fit minus the tie, but I've seen some ppl say in past forums to not wear the suit jacket or even bust out a sweater. It somehow feels wrong that I wear a sweater to a superday. Any tips on what a safe outfit choice is?

I personally would go suit minus tie - although I’m not very fashionable. Better to be overdressed than under.
Business casual usually means dress shirt + dress pants (dress shoes optional), or anything equivalent. Ties are always optional these days, even with business attire.
Any answer other than suit / khakis and sport coat is the wrong answer. Tie is completely up to you, depends on the bank. Some people might think the tie is overkill, you definitely do not want to be the only person without one however
