We have reached 30,000 members so I wanted to take this time to thank you for all of your continued support making Wall Street Oasis what it is today. So, thank you.
We continue to improve and our goal is to ensure that for years to come you can count on WSO to provide you with the entertainment and education needed to survive your careers on Wall Street. Obviously, the site wouldn't be where it is without you, the users that continue to give advice and their time without anything in return except bananas and Silver Bananas.
I think what makes the community so great is that in one thread we can discuss the merits of Health Care Reform, in the next thread we can save a users job and the next thread we can talk about how to get respect.
We are confident that by the end of 2010 we will hit the 40,000 member mark and our goal is to reach 50,000 by June 30, 2011. If you can help spread the word I would really appreciate it.

What kind of numbers is the site throwing up for unique hits and page views these days?
215k uniques, 500k visits, 2.5 million pageviews over the last month...but that will likely drop slightly from April-June as we head out of recruiting season and before the new analyst & associate classes start.
