I'm kinda exhausted with all the repetitive Q's on a daily basis regarding best school, best bank, best group, best office, place to get a shirt and other BS. Ay vay. I could pull my hair out!

Since it is glaringly apparent that most of the eyeballs on the forum are from piercing 19-21 year olds, perhaps it might be worthwhile to initiate a weekly thread about a technical subject of interest that would help these kids prepare for life in IB, interviews etc.

Aad, while I agree with you, it's going to be difficult to get a focused discussion taking place regularly, and avoiding the repetitive threads.

As you said, most of the people (besides the regulars) come onto this forum for a specific piece of advice, either to figure out how good their school is, how good their offer is, etc.

It might be a good idea to start a "Technical Discussion" forum section, though I wonder how many questions/responses one will see there now that the interviewing season has passed.

Someone just asked a question on the lead IB forum asking about "net debt"...

Perhaps if we open up a new forum for technical Q's we might get decent traffic. Worth a try I think to take some dialogues beyond the daily minutia to something higher level.
