Nice case-in-point there. The real irony is that this link doesn't even direct to anything, just says Page Not Found.
I think the auto-linking should just be taken out in general since it's pretty annoying.
Facing the same problem and came to point it out when I noticed this post.

@"Going Concern", thanks for the heads up...was some new keywords added recently for some headhunting / search firms. This module is actually pretty crucial for us to be able to build a decent internal link structure for SEO purposes...we have hundreds of thousands of nodes...if we didn't have something automated it would be a nightmare to build manually.
If there are other egregious links/errors, please let us know and we'll definitely take a look.

I have no idea what this means but ok.
It would at least be better if the auto-link preserves the original text exactly as it was typed into a post (and only adds a link) instead of changing the formatting (capitalize letters, adding extra characters/spaces, etc) of the display text itself...pretty sure I've seen that happen a bunch of times.
