Change to Company Database
I'd like to see a feature added to the Company Database.
I think it would be extremely helpful to be able to search by role/function so that if someone wanted to find all comp data for SAs, for example, it would show all SA comp data for every company across every field. The search results could also be limited to a particular field as well so that one could, for example, only view comp data for SAs in ER.
