My good friend who i knew in high school transferred from McCombs over to Bocconi.

I thought that was an interesting decision, so i went and googled it.

Apparently Bocconi = top business school in italy and top 5 in europe.

well the current prime minister of Italy, Mr. Monti, comes from that school, so I'd say it's pretty legit.

the 3 dutch universities are big on commodities trading.

At my old firm, the MD in my division was a Bocconi alum. Dumbest MD I met in my life. I'm not generalizing, but considering how well regarded the school is, I was disappointed to meet such an idiot (and he was stuck up for no reason). I'm sure he wasn't the exception. Go with Rotterdam. They have a solid and better business program.

So, Bocconi and Rotterdam should be my top choices? also, hows the international community at bocconi(couldn't find any figures)?

Thanks

I have been reading about the BIEMF course and it looks like it is easy to get high marks(probably a good thing) and some people say the quality of teaching is sub par? is it also a target school for i-banking in London?

Also, how hard is it to get in?

Thanks

I did my Erasmus at Bocconi, every year there are about 600 people from all over the world. Also all big companies go there for recruiting. That said I don't think their academics are that good.
