Head Hunter Reviews

I feel this could be useful, and put a little power back in our hands, if we were able to review head hunters. Not too sure how personal we could get (e.g. names or just companies), but since the same sort of review is available for workmen, plumbers etc.. i don't see an issue.

Of course this would have to be wholly anonymous, so run like the company reviews / interviews section.

This is a good idea as long as people are honest with themselves and fill it out properly. The person with the bad GPA, non target, no experience, goes to a head hunter and they aren't able to find them an analyst position at BB, and the candidate then goes on and bashes the HH for not being able to find them a position isn't a good review of the HH.

Yea. I was aiming to get it along the lines of: not returning calls once you're in the process with them; lying to you; fishing; shady practices etc...

In that case, yes, this will be a fantastic idea. It would really help the people looking for new positions (like myself)

Great idea Oreos...we already have a TON of recruiting companies listed in the Company Database...couldnt people just put them in the Company Reviews?

Of course. I do think a separate section / promotion, just to fully delineate them from what I'd class as potential employers (which is what i use the company section for), could be helpful. Further, i'm fully cognizant that this may be a huge load of admin, but if you have a lawyer friend who could point to the potential for calling out names i feel that would be a huge plus. As we know, in finance, the advisory product across a bank isn't homogeneous, it depends what team you have working for you.

I think this is a fantastic idea, including to have it as a seperate section. "Recruiter Reviews" and rather then have the company name, just have it sorted by recruiter name and you can have the company name listed under that person rather than having it by company. I've met with so many helpful and extremely unhelpful ones I could definitely provide an ample number of data points.
