Suggestion For Controlling Trolls/Arguing A Bit?

Hi,

I think I might have another suggestion for the site. There was a thread a while back where a poster was complaining about how there's a lot more arguing and whatnot on this site than in previous years, so I was thinking what if WSO created an "ignore user list". I've seen this on other forums where you can basically add a user to your ignore list and all their posts on threads will be hidden (you can click and show the post anyway if you want) and blocks them from messaging you. I'm not sure how feasible it is given that this is a different forum prototype than most others, but it might cut out some of the back and forth arguing which detracts from the original post's content and it might also cut down on the trolling since people can ignore known trolls.

Just a thought
