Verification System

In light of the all the nonsense that is being spouted on this board by trolls and college kids, I think WSO should have a verifciation system that can identify people actually in the industry(maybe by an icon beside the username?) It could probably by activiating some sort of code which is sent to your work email address? I'm not sure how people will react on the privacy issue though. Maybe another way is to see the verify the IP address of your post if you are posting from work (for those who haven't had the site blocked out).
