2 yr sellside, 1 yr buyside experience - bonus level?

I've got 2 yr sellside experience and 1+yr buyside experience at big four MM (Citadel, P72, Millennium, Baly); pod had a solid year (not amazing, not bad) - made 30m P&L, assume bonus pool around 5m after costs, 1 PM and 3 analysts (2 senior analysts around 5-10yr of experience)

What sort of bonus range should I be looking at? Would 5-10% of the bonus pool (250k-500k) be too much? First year in the pod (same for the other senior analysts)

Without knowing what's the contribution of each on the PNL, I would say:

- $4M for your PM

- $425k for each senior analyst

- $150k for you (assuming you are still junior so have not contributed directly to PNL and it's less dramatic if you leave the team because of low bonus)

That seems low to me for the senior analysts. Somebody with 5-10 years experience in a good year I would think is making more like $700-900k all in
