Does anyone have insights into the 2hr case study as part of their recruitment process?
Additionally, any insights into the fund would be appreciated. Thanks!

"common sense"
Can you elaborate on this a bit? What do you mean ratio calculation?
A pretty BS process, does not feel like a finance / HF interview at all. Would get comfortable with the fact that you're locked into a 5 year contract in maryland before wasting time with their process
Did you hear back post case-study?
To anyone looking at this forum in the future:
The process is quite odd. They seem to want people to stay for a very long time (someone else commented on this) and the interview process begins with a series of inference/ratio calculations. No modeling, nothing like other interviews, so don't bother preparing with a modeling course (like I did).
What do you mean by inference/ratio calculations? Strange
Sounds like they're very similar to Abdiel
agree, but track record seems a lot better
