Activision in $8.2 Billion Deal to Buy Back Stake From Vivendi

I owned the stock before the 12% jump today, so I'm pretty pleased. I was pretty worried that Vivendi would force a special dividend instead of a buyout, so I'm glad that this happened. It was at a discount to the current stock price, but I think that's better for the long term health of the company.

What are your guys thoughts? I'm still concerned about Disney Infinity and decline of WoW and hoping that Destiny and CoD China help offset this. Do you think this deal will be accretive for earnings and should I hold on to this - or should I sell and take my gains now?
