Advice on Moving from BB S&T to Hedge Fund

Looking to transition from a cross-asset business development role into a trading seat.

Background: 3 YOE in cross-asset sales & structuring at a BB, covering EQ, FX, and Commods derivatives, closely work with trading and risk on bespoke products.

Would appreciate advice on:

  1. what level of detail I should include in resume re: bespoke trades / structures
  2. how do recruiters view biz dev to trading profiles & what level of prep is expected before engaging
  3. how critical is networking for this type of transition

Thanks
