Received an offer from a $600 AUM event driven fund in NYC.
I’m currently at a fund 1/3th the size in a low cost metro so living comfortably. I have 6 years event driven experience, and did 2 years in IB.
Potential employer is a 5 man team including the founder and 2 very junior (fresh off IB) analysts.
What is market for my level, AUM and location?

Would guess 200-600k first year TC (wider range but really depends, indexed to your current comp), and growth to ~1mm after a few years assuming strong performance (also assuming the other two IPs are senior / going to get preference over you).
