Any advice on my career path after a hedge fund internship?

Hey guys

I'm an ex-UCL undergrad student currently serving my country until June, 2019. After I finish my service, I will be returning to UCL to finish my bachelor's degree in physics. Since I have vague interest in working in the world of finance, I went around to get some advice from my father's friends working in such industry. During such endeavor, I was lucky enough to be offered an internship at a Korean hedge fund and a Korean IB, during summer 2019. I read loads of articles pertaining to a successful career path after an internship at an IB, but I wasn't able to find any about hedge fund. What would be a "typical" successful career path after an internship at a hedge fund?

Also, I am currently studying CAIA, various fields of mathematics including probability and statistics, and a bit of economics to ready myself. Is there anything else that I can do to prepare for the job? If there is any (there probably would be loads), can you inform it to me in detail pls. (I still have limited information about finance)

Thank you guys all for reading this. XD
