Any info on these L/S SMs?
Hey guys. Would appreciate some info on the following funds: Soroban, D1, HG Vora, Luxor, Darsana, Eminence, Palestra. Currently in MF PE, thinking about jumping ship, just trying to think ahead. Any info on strategy (I know theyre all l/s or event driv, but there are many ways to play the game / diff strokes for diff folks), culture, career progression, comp, and transition from PE would be very much appreciated.

These are some pretty small shops despite being higher profile. Probably not going to find a lot of people with valuable insight on those firms that they'd share on here. You'd probably be better served reaching out to former associates on linkedin if you're trying to get insight on a fund before reaching out direct.
These are obviously some top shops. You should go for it.
