I think Balyasny and Millennium are trying to build similar programs, but they aren't that popular yet or that good. Might be worth doing some more research on those. P72 academy is still far superior to all other programs. Citadel Associates Program is close. Anything else is too new.

Fairly certain Baly’s is focused on MBA candidates for L/S and take undergrads for quant
MLP don’t have a training program for L/S, they outsource to UBS ER for a year
I think Baly takes some undergrads for macro as well from what I heard but agreed that it’s mainly quant focused for undergrad.
If pm likes you, you can get ft L/S out of UDG. But yes, it is unlikely. All word of mouth no positions listed.
No harm in trying, I’m currently at a BB capital markets…trying to looking for an exit into buy side but with a bit of training so I can position myself better
