Thoughts on Arrowstreet Capital (Culture, WLB, Pay)? Versus Two Sigma, etc?

Looking for full-time roles. Scrolling down list of hedge funds in Boston since I want to stay near home. Saw Arrowstreet Capital. Anyone know how they are? I saw they are fully systematic/quanty. How does it compare to other similar funds?

I feel in general, quant dev > swe so that’s something to keep in mind. Any role that’s closer to generating alpha aka the money will be “better”, but also much tougher to land. Two Sigma TC is much worse than Citadel’s, but Citadel also has a much more “toxic” culture and terrible wlb. So there are definitely trade offs there. I’ve heard that people at Arrowstreet regularly work weekends, not sure how true that is. Ton of people from Harvard/MIT since it’s located in Boston. Highest-paying interns this year as well, even more than Jane Street/HRT/Citadel. Radix/TGS/PDT might be higher but they don’t report on levels.fyi.
