Anyone knows anything about D. E. Shaw & Co's Trader/Analyst/Investment teams?

Hi, wanted some info on this. D.E. Shaw is a global giant, but would love some insight on:

-How it is working at their London office?

-What is the view on starting the career there, and how would you plan a trajectory once you join their Analyst teams, in terms of promotion, comp etc?

-Do people really 'exit' from D.E. Shaw?

I'm seeing everyone obsessed IB within good reason but just wanted some insight into how one's life could look like at D.E. Shaw vs banking.
