Applying to New Job With Less Than a Year of Experience
Hey guys,
I recently worked at a hedge fund for less than a year but left in search of a firm with a different culture (and personal reasons) and am in the process of applying to ib/fund jobs. Will listing less than 1 year of experience kill my chances of finding a job? Should I just check off "currently employed" on applications and explain my situation if I receive an interview instead?
Any advice would be appreciated.
