AQR Business Development
Looking into the Business Development role at AQR for summer and full-time. Can anyone share what the actual responsibilities look like day-to-day?
Also trying to understand how this compares to similar roles at other quant/prop shops like Jane Street's Strategy & Product or DE Shaw's Strategy & Business Development. Are these pretty much the same thing or are there quite differences worth knowing about?
Would appreciate any insights on the interview process and how to prepare. Thanks for any inputs.

BD is responsible for interacting with clients primarily to bring new assets into AQR or handle client requests. Lots of junior folks tend to have a couple years in IBD under their belt, but BD roles really are more relationship/rapport building and not really quantitative by nature.
