Are stocks way to high?

I think stock prices dont reflect the real economy right now. For crying out loud stores that use to be main stays in New York city downtown Manhattan are closing down the epicenter of America. They are saying they can do business elsewhere. Where else where? I dont see it. Cities like Chicago Minneapolis Atlanta portland seattle

Several fast food places missing meat. No meat to serve. All stocks should go to less than a dollar for a world wide panic. I go to grocery stores shelves are half way full. Stocks are artificially propped up. The only thing I think that can bring stocks down is ww3 and a nuke. Then it's too late.
