I kind of like my current seat in a quant pod, but certainly there are still some cons and unhappiness as well. Should I take the risk to send out my CV and talk with some other PMs who are recruiting? I know many PMs know each others. I am afraid that if my CV shows up in the pool of any MM, then eventually my boss might know. Am I worrying too much?
