I am trying to write my first investment report on a couple ideas (one long and one short). If anyone could send me their recent investment write-ups for reference I would really appreciate it.
Also, I'll be using these investment reports for job hunting in the HF industry, so if anyone has any tips about how to go about writing these, that would be great too.

Agree that someone probably won't give you an actual write-up. I would recommend taking a look at the Colombia B-School newsletters for an example of a write-up. I won't comment on the quality but the structure (2-3 pager, etc.) is something you could follow for a short form write-up.
