Availability of IPO prospectus after years of listing
I am looking at a listed PLC (FTSE 250), and trying to find the IPO Prospectus that was presented to investors in 2014. Since I did not find it on the website, I sent an email to IR, who responded by saying "the 2014 IPO prospectus is not available on the website".
Does IR have the obligation to send across the IPO prospectus or is that a choice that the company makes? For context, let's say that the company did not exactly deliver on initial IPO promise.
